  1. 1. Terms And Conditions for the "SAPTOSI CASH, NO MC NO VA" PLAN 1. Eligibility a. This plan is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above. b. Valid government-issued identification is required for registration. 2. Plan Duration a. The plan requires a commitment of 12 consecutive months. b. The monthly installment amount will be decided at the time of enrollment. 3. Payment Terms a. Payments must be made on or before the due date each month. b. Missed or delayed payments may result in the plan being terminated or modified as per the company's discretion. 4. Jewelry Purchase a. The plan amount can only be redeemed for purchasing jewelry from Saptosi Jewellers. b. The gold rate applicable will be fixed at the time of the jewelry purchase. c. No wastage or making charges will be applied to the jewelry purchased under this plan. 5. Redemption and Withdrawal a. Redemption is allowed only after successful completion of the 12-month plan. b. Partial withdrawal or premature redemption is not permitted. c. In case of cancellation before maturity, the amount paid will be refunded without benefits under the plan (e.g., waived charges) will not apply. 6. Plan Benefits a. The waiver of wastage and making charges applies only to eligible jewelry items. b. Benefits cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions or discounts. 7. Gold Rate Locking a. The gold rate will be locked at the time of jewelry purchase. b. Any market fluctuations in gold price will not affect the locked rate. 8. Modification and Termination a. Saptosi Jewellers reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the plan without prior notice. b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants. 9. Dispute Resolution a. In case of disputes, the decision of Saptosi Jewellers will be final and binding. b. Legal jurisdiction will be the courts of the city where Saptosi Jewellers is headquartered.

Jewelry options are subject to availability. c. This scheme only applies to gold jewelry and excludes silver, platinum, diamond, or other precious stones. 6. Zero Wastage and Making Charges: a. No wastage or making charges will be added for jewelry purchased under this scheme. b. Custom or special designs not covered under the scheme may attract additional charges, as specified. 7. Premature Withdrawal: a. Participants may withdraw from the scheme before completing 12 months. b. Withdrawn funds can be used to purchase jewelry at the current gold rate but will not include benefits like rate lock-in or making charge exemptions. 8. Non-Transferability: a. This plan is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or entity. 9. Cancellation Policy: a. The company reserves the right to cancel enrollments due to non-compliance or unforeseen circumstances. b. In such cases, deposits will be refunded to participants. 10. Exclusions: a. The scheme does not cover bullion or coins. b. Offers under this plan cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
